We found a lovely hotel with perfect surroundings. the location was ideal, by the river, in the heart of the old city, with easy access to pedestrian street, shopping areas. the room was comfortable with a beautiful view, TV, and air-conditioning, everything spotlessly clean. the service was outstanding, helpful and professional. Breakfast we enjoyed every morning was varied, plentiful and delicious.
The Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough, and some websites were inaccessible.

The hotel had a great location, it was easy to walk to the shopping area and find good food. The room had a nice view of the river, which was enjoyable. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning on the top floor was not very effective, and the room was quite hot. It was necessary to change rooms to a lower floor to be more comfortable.

I had a great stay! Conveniently located in the heart of the old city center, this hotel provided easy access to everything in the region. The shopping area and food shops were just a few steps away. Additionally, the hotel was close to the bus terminal where coaches to other cities were available. The view of the river from my room was stunning. I also loved the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
All good! I couldn't find any negative aspects during my stay in this city.

Great value for money, close to city centre and amenities. Walking distance to shopping areas and eateries. Room was comfortable, with good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. the view from the room was fantastic, offering scenic views of the river. the staff was polite and helpful.
The shower was not very clean, and the wifi signal was weak. But for the price, it was a great place to stay for a city trip.
